  Horrible customer service and wrought with ageism discrimination. They refuse to help seniors with their in person deposits. Many older adults are not comfortable with using the ATM and online options. And the population is growing older so you need to accommodate ALL customers - old, young, disabled. Get with it!

  I pretty much do my best to avoid using this branch. No matter what time of day it is there is generally only 1 or 2 tellers. They usually look like they hate their job...can't blame them as I'm sure it's not fun to deal with frustrated customers all day long because your lines are always ridiculous. I just do my best to stop at the branch in Morgan Hill when I need to go in.

  Never enough tellers, line usually out the door, the other branch in town is closed & this branch shortened their hours to only 9-4pm M-F

  Never enough Tellers... lines out the door. With all the temporary Closing locally you would think BofA would add more staff to help. ??? Ridiculous customer service.

  Worst Bank of America I’ve been too no type of service what so ever. Waited in the lobby for 15-20 minutes without no one coming up to me. Don’t recommend coming here!👎🏽

  Since the old teller Jorge came back to Gilroy and took on the role of the bank manager it has been a better experience this is the bank I choose to do my deposits with even though the Monterey Road location is closer to me I still choose to come here because the tellers are always nice very professional and the only place where you'll find a manager like Jorge who will find a solution to your problem he's all about customer service

  Very well located and has a drive thru for safety and you don't have to get out of the car
