  I drop checks off at many banks in the area, and this B of A branch is the worst. Currently 15 people in line with one teller working. This is a nightly occurrence. Nice staff but they are grossly understaffed for the volume they see.

  Visiting this branch requires patience and I mean a LOT of patience. One teller serving a long line of customers. Avoid it unless you enjoy standing and listing to complaining customers. BofA can do better that that. Do something here PLEASE!

  Once again everyone is getting paid after the holiday and they know it will be busy. Only two tellers again. 15 people in line. Bank of america is garbage. Please ask me if i want an account and i will point you to my review.

  they really open at 9:00 a.m. because I waited 10 minutes after 9:00 a.m. for them to open and came in and see if only two cashiers wait 30 minutes

  What a worthless institution. Turned me away at the door and told me there was nothing they could do. Went to orange counties credit union and they took care of me and had me out the door in 20 minutes.

  Richard S. (Relationship Banker) is the man to talk to at this branch. He took care of me with an auto loan. He was clear and easy to work with and answered every question I had.

  Nobody ever answers the phone! How do I make an appointment? Drive down there, then go back for my appointment?

  Great costumer service specially Adriana and Yasi. I totally recommend people to deal with these two amazing bankers. Adriana explains everything by every details and is very patient. So as Yasi. In the end I am so happy that I am a bank of america account holder.

  If I could give them negative stars it would be wonderful the customer service there is horrible and the cashier Yasi is incompetent and rude she messed up my account then did not have the decency to apologize for her mistake then when I asked to speak with the manager sougol she kept me waiting because she was on a call which caused me to be late getting back to work. Avoid this bank if you can run far far away from it
