  Wells Fargo has a new policy. It seems bankers will not meet with its customers unless they make an appointment. It looks like their goal is to reduce workforce and have all customers go online for banking matters. Discussed!

  They leave a voice-mail to call back and when you call back they never answer and the number they give you is a phone number that doesn't work all it says bankers dont answer the phone then where do I call back to speak to Alexandera

  Went in to open an account. 3 bankers were there twiddling their thumbs and they told me that all the bankers were with customers even though I could clearly see they were helping no one. Lazy bank that has poor customer service

  WF is closing my branch just up the road on Rockfield so I went in to check this one out. Not impressed! Long line of laborers trying to cash checks. Each one took forever and there were only 3 tellers.

  I had my identity stolen from this branch, be careful who you talk to here they will write down your EIN and sell it after hours.
