      The Call Center are much better to work with. Rochelle is the best Branch manager I have seen in the last 7 years at this branch. Do not deal with Gloria. She should be out. She is the reason customer closed their account. If I'm a new customer I would have close my account and take my money to do business else where. She is too tired with her job and it show by the way she interact with clients. She has no PR skills whatsoever. She put no efforts and her mannerism show.

      Travis is the best! He spent his time with us, explain all the benefits of the card. He also helped open a checking account. Very nice and professional ! I rate him 11, more than 1-10 scale!

      Bank of america is a good bank if they didn't have to take out $6.00 out your check if you don't have a bank account.
