  Buying a first home is incredibly stressful, and for someone without a financial background securing a mortgage is the most confusing part. As first time home buyers everything was new to us and the most important thing we wanted was someone we could trust. Jenna was exceptional and beyond what we were expecting! She was there for us every step of the way. I'm glad we chose her services Jenna went out of her way to make sure we got the best available loan at the lowest possible rate. I am very thankful for Jenna professional, responsive and honest assistance with the whole mortgage process from beginning to the end and I recommend Jenna to anyone in the market for a mortgage.

She made herself available to me via any method of my choice - email, text or cell phone, which I appreciated and took advantage of. Jenna even stayed in touch with me during her vacation.   Unfortunately I can hive only 5 stars, but if I could I would put 100 stars!!! We had 2 closings with Jenna already, and both times she did awesome!!! I feel like with second closing she did everything by herself, because she did her stuff, lawyer's job and title company job. Definitely recomend her for everyone, and for sure will work with her for our next home!

  I recently refinanced my home, my first time doing it. I didn’t have to worry about anything. Jenna did it all! She guided me through the entire process and answered all my questions. Even though I was told by others a refinance will take months in NY, Jenna finished it in weeks! She is professional and very helpful, I never had to wait for a call back more tan a few minutes. Loved working with her! I would recommend her anytime!!!! Thank you Jenna for all your help!
