      This branch has been closed for close to 3 months due to the C-19 Hoax/Scam! This particular branch has the entire teller area enclosed from counter to ceiling with plexiglass!! So, why the hell are they closed for. The BofA branch this is open doesn’t have any barriers except for a flimsy one that was installed at the onset of the C-19 Hoax!! Now that Ventura County is opening everything up will BofA open this branch??

      I’ve been sitting here with no other customer in the bank for about 30 minutes (I’m still waiting). The employees have noticed that I’m waiting and made zero attempt to ask what I need help with. In the other visits I’ve made to roughly 10 other branches, I’ve never waited longer than 15 minutes even with many rush hour instances. I’ve never been to such an unprofessional bank. If I could give this zero stars, I would in a heartbeat.

      This branch need to reopen immediately! It's insane that the one on Pandoras is the only BoA in Camarillo. If you need to see a teller stand in line by 9am for opening at 10.

      WHEN IS THE SANTA ROSA BRANCH FINALLY GOING TO RE-OPEN??!!! IT SERVES MANY, MANY, MANY SENIOR CITIZENS & MANY OTHERS IN THIS AREA!!!! (At this point Chase or Wells may be Better Choices since they are closer!!!) B of A is a HUGE INSTITUTION THAT CAN EASILY AFFORD TO RE-OPEN OUR BRANCH!!! AGAIN, IT SERVES MANY, MANY, MANY SENIOR CITIZENS & OTHERS IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA!!! PLEASE RE-OPEN THIS BRANCH!!!! IF allowed to post w/out giving a star I would!!! OPEN THIS BRANCH!!!!!

      If your ATM is broken don't send all your employees out on lunch at the same, time leaving one single teller. It took 25 minutes to make a withdraw.

      Absolutely unfriendly! what do you expect to BoA but this branch is worse. I opened an account for my mom, but glad that I don't have any BoA account.
