  NEGATIVE STARS. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! My sisters car was repossessed for TWO days of being late. We go through the steps to get her car back and when we finally get to the tow place we need the release form from the bank THESE people NEVER answered!! Finally she gets a hold of someone and he put her on hold for a whole hour!! I called FIVE times from my own phone to FINALLY be connected to a lady who literally knew who she was before my sister gave her name and said i’m sending the form now. They are AWFUL. Stay far away. If i could curse in this review and curse them out I would.

  Terrible company. There’s a huge list a problems. Where to start. 1. Rude costumer service. 2. The staff lacks communication amongst themselves & relaying information 3. They lose notes & contact information such as when you call them & the topic you discuss w/ them prior. Even when you provide evidence it’s not your 1st time contacting them they claim it is. 4. Constantly harass you even when you make a payment on time. Their system or the individuals in charge of recording suck. 5. Charge you to make payments online (8.95) 6. Constantly put you on hold for an absurd time to just hang up on you after the long wait They don’t even deserve 1 star. Literally 0/5 stars. My gf really wanted a car located at FormulaOneMotors in Hayward. I knew better & went against my judgement (only buy actual dealer vehicles) but she insisted. I caved. Literally one of the worst decisions of our lives. It became such a hassle dealing with FreewayFunding we surrender the car after 6 months. 2 months later & they’re pretending as if they forgot or lost the vehicle & the fact we surrendered it. Out of the 6 months of payments I was late only once & provided a partial payment on that one occasion. All the rest were payed on time but they would continue to send us texts or call about payments due in “5 days,” “payment due” or “payment late” even though I made the payment already (usually a full week before it’s due). Be patient & avoid this place by all means. It’s not worth it & the car you want is somewhere else just remember that.

  Ok....I'm not sure why all the bad reviews! Just a thought....maybe it's not the company that's the problem here. Lucy was extremely helpful and very understanding of the situation and worked with us to get it resolved. Five stars for sure :) keep up the good work

  The ladies here are SO rude! Never in my life have I encountered such poor customer service. I pay my bill on time every month and as a customer in good standing, I absolutely DREAD calling in to make my payment each time. Every time I call there’s always 2-5 callers a head of time which I understand they are a busy office, but the rude tone of voice each time makes it a nightmare to deal with. PLEASE management if you’re reading this, hire more professional, courteous service reps for the sake of your company !

  I’ve only had my car with them for a year , I always make my monthly payments on time or before it’s due and they kept sending me letters and emails telling me that they never received a payment ! I tried calling them several times and no one ever answers the phone it’s always just an answering machine even when I press 3 to speak to a representative it does the whole answering machine all over again ! I have all the proof that I made my payment .. how do they not keep track of this ? I do it through the website too

  They financed me even thought I had a repo in the past! I got my e500 AMG Mercedes-Benz thanks to them .. I’ve had no issues with them or any late payments.. You also must be responsible and stay ahead of the payments to avoid any late fees.. and they even give you 10 days before they add a late fee.. So idk why everyones being a crybaby and leaving bad reviews lmao ! Thanks Freeway Funding 🤙🏼 💯

  I DON'T LIKE LEAVING BAD REVIEWS, UNLESS THERE IS REALLY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I CAN DEAL WITH BAD, BUT HORRIBLE IS JUST UNACCEPTABLE DEFINITELY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. ASSOCIATES ARE RUDE SHORT OF WORDS AND IN NO WAY ARE THEY THERE TO TRY AND HELP. IF I COULD ID GIVE IT 0 STARS.
