  This branch is a complete joke even when they are open there’s only one teller and it’s the only Bank of America within like 15 miles. Good job Bank of America worst bank you could possibly use

  In the many years that I've been with BoA, the customer service that I received here was one of the worst. When I asked if the teller could fix an issue with a cashier check that I purchased, she just rolled her eyes and acted in the most disrespectful manner. Told me that she was closed and I needed to wait for the next teller. I was later assisted by another teller who was the complete opposite who kindly assisted me and showed that she cared about her customers. I know the job of a teller must be a pretty difficult one, but at no point does it give you the right to be that unprofessional.

  Hi, sorry, I'm 72 years old. Absolutely not passible to use services by phone, nobody ever answered. Only one teller at Swampscott Ma brunch. One hour wait! Also, when I decided to cancel my account it was involved 3 people for one job and it still was not done comlitely. Sad.

  Branch is often closed randomly and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to a human at the branch by phone. The branch is slow and there is often times only one teller working, even when the line is practically out the door. The only alternative is the Lynn location, which is even worse.

  This bank branch is a joke. They are rarely open now during advertised hours. You just can’t count on this BOA branch anymore. I’m going to move my banking to a local bank where I know I can actually see somebody during advertised hours. Bank of America………what is your strategy here. ??????

  One of the best locations I have been to. Great people and great help all the time. I always go there to see Dorian for all my issues, and manager Raj is always welcoming and helpful. They always make sure I get all my problems solved before I leave. Very satisfied. Thank you.

  Pandila was professional and went the extra mile to serve my needs. Raj is outstandingly, he's a keeper! Great service! I can tell this bank is busy this morning but he stays the time it takes to be of service. Thank you.

  Don't expect to wait less than an hour for a teller, just one on duty at a time is the new standard all day apparently. Multiple free employees with specific non-teller duties idle while more than a dozen people line up for the one teller doing almost all the work. I'm thinking it's time to look into what banks still offer teller service, because it doesn't look like Bank of America does anymore. :(

  Dominga and Raj was very friendly and helpful. They helped me with wire transfer for a purchase of my new home. It was all together a pleasant meeting, east, quick and efficient. For help this is the place to go!!!! Excelente serviço, muito bom rápido e amigaveis
