      I walked in after having so many frustrating attempts at the Santander across the street. They immediately had a solution / answer to my issue. They were knowledgeable, fast and friendly. I was greeted with a SMILE. I love walking into a place where people actually know what they are doing, mainly when it comes down to dealing with my finances. I walked in and was out in about 5 minutes. After so many frustrating visits at Santander. . . I am very happy with the people here. Unfortunately, I was not able to get anyone's names.

      Poor customer service and tellers that don't care. The bank was unable to give cash, but didn't bother notifying customers who were waiting for up to 30 minutes in the lobby.

      I wish I could give zero stars. Terrible customer service. Not punctual. You make an appointment at a specific time and they take customers before you who go into the bank AFTER you. Do better.

      I met with Susan at this Branch today. She was very helpful and nice. She took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I appreciated being treated like a person and not just a number.

      Would have more stars if that terrible atm design was fixed. Worst I’ve ever seen. To be honest if I dealt with it prior to opening the account I would have went elsewhere it’s that bad! Seriously fix this ATM I’ve never seen anything worse for a drive through ATM. Everyone is getting out of there car or hanging out the window. Look at your camera footage and do something. Or do you not care?
