Alex Wolf5Went there to sign over a check to a friend so they could cash it, and although there was a bit of a wait since there was only two bank tellers that day(it’s probably due to the negative effects Covid has had on any work place still, so my guess is there most likely understaffed which I understand) , the assistant or either the main manager was very nice, and gave us helpful information to the questions we asked, and the bank teller was nice and very thorough when talking to her and throughout the whole process. My best suggestion is to plan some time ahead when visiting this location because it is fairly busy. Parking wise there are several parking garages in reasonable walking distances that give free parking under two hours, along with a couple of street parking spots right in front of the bank.

Yonas k.1This is a gold mine spot for banks to have a branch here . Downtown silver spring ! But every time I come here I never get out easy !!! They have one or very few tellers. Branch manger /owner You got to be on top of this concerns. To be specific I was here last week and after 30 min waiting in line , the power went off for sec , and computer need to reboot , none know what’s and how to handle this . And today I am here to do wire and telling me error message and she don’t know what to do 🤔 Common , let’s get this fixed with right stuff and managers .

Gurupreeth Singh1Awful service they always give weird reasons, when we ask for notary service, like we forget the notary stamp or manager is not available today or commission is expired and the bucket list goes on. Shameful service.

Nessa Amherst2This particular bank in Silver Spring is nice to get to when you're in a hurry or if you need something close by. I appreciate the ATM inside the branch giving out amounts in $10 increments, and I like the length they're going to keep everyone safe. However, my mom and I went to this branch today to get some forms notarized to renew our lease, and she had made the appointment earlier in the week for today. We got there several minutes before our scheduled time, but we were still waiting to be seen, along with others who were there to see an associate. When one of the bank employees came out and asked who had an appointment, my mom and I said we did and it was for the notary. Several seconds later, the employee came out and told us that the person who we had the appointment with had called out due to her son being sick and she was the only one who could do the notary. We both left feeling very frustrated because we were given no response from the bank prior to our appointment whatsoever that the person had called out that day. I understand that things happen, but there should've been at least a little bit of courtesy from this branch to let us know via email or phone that the person couldn't make it today so that we could reschedule. This was inconsiderate of them and we ended up wasting at least 15 minutes when this could've been resolved with a simple phone call or email. You need to do better.

Phyllis Ruffini1Needed to get into the branch to access my Safe Deposit box. The branch was closed! There was absolutely NO notification on the door and other customers were as shocked as I was! Think I will contact the State Attorney General's office.

Tommi Bonid1This service was extremely poor. The wait times are too long. Not sure why there would be only one teller available during busy times. The other staff seems to be walking around and flirting with customer's they find attractive. This branch needs help, and quick!

Ray Haslam1Very poor customer service down to poor communication. I queued up at the window for 20 minutes. Several staff passed by and nobody enquired why I was there. When I got to my turn, I was told that they could not help, and it was only for transactions, and I should sit down and wait. Only one person was at the window. Somebody came near the place I was sat, and I asked for help, I had to make the first move. They informed me “I had queued in the wrong place” when I politely stated there is a communication breakdown at this particular branch. They told me they couldn’t help, and told me to call the number on the back of my card. Working in customer service myself, I was very disappointed. I’m still considering my next move and may close my BOA accounts altogether.

He would not hesitate go above and beyond for the customer satisfaction. I rated him 5* and the facility also 5* Note - I feel service is better in person than calling their phone services.
