  I’ve been to this branch 3 times the last month and every time I’ve been please with their job, I can only complaint when you walk in the people at the main door are rude but the tellers are very helpful . I am very thankful for the teller Samar she is kind , patient and very helpful she helped me doing the biggest transaction of my life . I really appreciate her time and wish more banks have employers like her

  Horrible!! I was there for 1 hour just to make deposit the cashiers are clueless no sorry or please wait your held captive while the manager just walks around doing nothing no help it was so bad I want to cancel my account immediately!

  I tried to set up an appt at the branch on Georgia Ave, but look like this bank in general does not care as customers. In general this bank is getting worst since they started to close branches and services, people who work there don't care. Do not make business with this bank.!!!

  I have been happy with Capital One for years, but now am thinking of leaving since they are closing so many branches. This is our money and I am feeling disconnected from it now. The branch at Arliss off Flower Avenue in Silver Spring was heavily used, mostly by low income working people. This is a terrible blow to them and somewhat cruel. What happened to the concept of public service, the serving of our community? Apparently, this is not a temporary pandemic closing, but a permanent one. Short-sighted and wrong decision by the bank, in my opinion. No company can do well in the long run by instilling hostility among its customers.

  I have had the absolute worst experience banking with Capital One. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK!! I've had multiple problems with this branch specifically. Usually the representatives are kind and helpful to make up for the very poor service, but I had yet another issue yesterday with my account and the representative was rude and gave me incorrect information. I am definitely closing my account this week.

  Vincent is a lifesaver there were so many misunderstanding and mishaps but Vincent he definitely helped me I am a happy customer I definitely recommend this branch

  LED Towing has a contract with Capital One bank in Silver Spring. MD. My car was towed from the parking lot while I was withdrawing money from the ATM on June 4, 2019. LED improperly towed my all wheel drive BMW, causing nearly $4k in damage, and lied about it. Many cars have AWD technology and there is a standard on how to tow these vehicles. I write this review because they should be put out of business and/or should accept responsibility for improperly towing my car and paying for all damages including my time and frustration. They should certainly not be contracted by companies. However, Capital One is ultimately responsible because they contracted with a non-reputable company. Sincerely.

  I was disappointment with teller/worker. I am member/customer Capital One 360. When I did trying to use ATM machine but ATM machine refuse take my debit card. I have go into bank and explain about ATM machine. Then worker asked for my ID. I showed my debit card under Capital One 360. Then she said we can't help you then I have to do it online or on the phone. I was puzzled because I did use other location that I was able to use ATM machine or teller will working me to make sure that I can get what I need. She seem do not want to working with me to make sure that I will be able to use ATM machine then I have to go to the bank to withdrawal with fee.
