jean alhilfy1I went 2 days ago to buy some international currency, walked to the teller and she sent me to order on line, since I was there I needed a more personal service, I went to the receptionist to book an appointment ti order 5k who said the teller would help me with that… no one was able to help me in something so simple. No wonder why humans get replaced by machines. Terrible service. I will avoid going there if you can.

Eric Farkas1Only 1 Teller. Long line. 20 minute wait to deposit a check. Other BOA workers milling about.... The other banks around here are much more efficient. I'm here because my company needs a receipt of the deposit, I won't do Personal Banking here.

Francisco Rodriguez104/02/2022: It keeps getting worse and worse, cuatomer service is going down the hill, today a lady call Vicky was not very pleasent to work with. There is a lady that is not polite at all, very unprofessional, changing my rate to 1 star Had a problem with a "relationship manager" he was very unpolite (nothing is perfect in live... I guess) but then Mr. Mikhlin stepped in and helped me out in a very professional and kind way, really appreciate it.

Maria Cena2This is by far the worst Bank of America I have been to. I am not high maintenance, but I have some standards. The workers need to choose: either they can be incompetent or be rude. You can't be both! In other words, I can accept one of these things, but not both. They also tell you to make appointments. Is this a bank or a doctor's office? The only reason I give it two stars is because of its convenient location. It is such a waste of a big bank.

Taha Mehrabi1Worst customer service ever. I was trying to send money from my BOA account to my friend's Wells Fargo account. They told me it cost 30 USD to process it. This is an outrageous amount considering it is free with many other apps. My friend didn't have other apps so when I asked them what to do, the lady replied: "Why don't you go to Wells Fargo bank in Connecticut? They don't charge you there". I didn't find that funny nor professional. I was eventually able to send the money using cashapp.

Shivani Patel1I’d give this place zero stars if I could. The bank MANAGER spent 30 minutes telling me how he took my appointment because he was the manager and there’s certain things he can do and help with and then proceeded to tell me that there was nothing he could do. There was an unnecessary hold placed on a check from another bank, and when I called the manager at THAT bank she was able to give me a resolution in 10 MINUTES OVER THE PHONE. Never ever use BofA. They “thank” you for being a preferred customer and then refuse to give you any kind of service.

Jamie M. O'Connell1Horrible service with a smile. After 27 years, I am finally leaving because they do not protect their customers interest and will not respect consumer protection laws!! They are refusing to refund an airplane ticket purchase that was canceled by the Airline due to COVID-19. This is against the law!!!!! Look at the attached photo, the airline said they would refund my purchase, but BOA still will not stand up for their clients!!!

mike fleishman1This has to be the worst customer service branch. The greeter is talking to a customer about where he lives. Another is asking all of us what we need. I need change and tells me to go to the empty teller line and she will meet me. She forgot me and proceed ‘s to place fdic signs around the entire branch. the line has emptied so i get back in line. She sees me and i said you forgot me? were the sign’s more important then me i ask and she says yes. Bank elsewhere, this is not a isolated incident.

Artur Andronic1Every single time I come here, there is a long line and the most I've ever seen tellers was 2 in one of the biggest banks centers I've visited. If you're in a hurry, DO NOT visit this location. Go anywhere else but here. Don't waste 30 min in line. I'm writting this as I'm waiting for 20 min for 2 people in front of me to be helped.
