Manager David DeMarco's tellers and David himself are wonderfully professional and personable. I enjoy the speedy services provided, and I have referred several friends to the Bank so far. The bank also funds a non-profit education project that improves the education and environment of the town of Belmont, Lexington, Watertown, and Waltham.

I cannot believe the kind of elementary run around I got while trying to get some help from this bank. I am not a customer thank goodness, because no one was able to offer me help. All I wanted was to be transferred to someone who could get me information on what to bring to a meeting with the loan department. Pay stubs payoff information, small bits of information so I can come prepared. It's like no one knew which way was up. Terrible call service.
