Meg McKeon-Baker5Marisol Aviles, the branch manager, displays what GREAT customer service is all about. Very professional, knowledgeable and she handled my transaction in a matter of minutes. Meanwhile, I had spent over 10 hours (90 % on hold) over the course of several days trying to conclude my business. Perhaps SHE could offer training to your Customer Service phone line representatives. Over the course of 10 days and lots of interactions with various representatives, supervisors and technicians, I found your phone customer service absolutely abysmal & lacking. "Customer friendly" it definitely is NOT.

Yermans irish box Yermans irish box2Arrived at your door on 3rd Ave 41Street 1:50pm only to find doors locked. A sign was on the the door with bank hrs also was a phone which tried to call and it’s not a working. Paid for parking here in Manhattan which was a waste of my money. Now I have to drive to the bronze branch however will check first so I don’t waste time going there too.

We have signages in place displaying our hours of operations and phone number, which is active an working. The phone at the Lobby is not a direct phone to the Branch its for the sole purpose of ATM/ITM use.
