  1 teller working in the middle of the day. Worst BOA branch in Lake County. They dont appreciate your time. On 4 employees for the entire bank branch so only 1 teller at all times. When addressed lack of timely service with branch manager and brought up these reviews, she responded with well that's not the feedback she gets regularly on surveys and basically said we have an atm so no need more than 1 teller. Guess she hasn't read these reviews. She is probably right, she will only need 1 teller when the majority of her customers will drive the extra few miles to Mount Dora or Leesburg to do their business since those branches care about their customers time and level of service.

  Horrid. I needed to talk to them about a card issue. I called over and over and they NEVER answer the phone. Also there was only 1 teller working with at least 10 people in line. Definitely will go to Leesburg branch from now on (it's farther away but worth it). By the way, you can call the BoA main number and they will file a complaint for you. They did for me.

  A bank that's never open when it's supposed to be. BoA is the worst bank in america

  Horrible horrible horrible customer service! Closing my account and never going there again. Incompetent staff, never answer their phone, and makes their customers waster their time and money.

  Outside of not having a drive-up window, the staff is very friendly and efficient every time I visit, which is often.
