  No one EVER answers the phone to setup an appt. so I walked in and even though there are 2 ppl sitting behind the desks, apparently only one of them is capable of actually assisting a customer or doing any sort of work. The woman totally ignored us and pretended she didnt see us while the man said he cant help us because we dont have an appt. and he has an appt coming in 10 mins. USELESS STAFF, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went down the street and opened an account right away for my son at TD BANK who were very decent, polite and friendly.

  Trying to get a mortgage verification. After 4 hours over 3 days transferred multiple times. Nothing. Need to call back on Monday..for more aggravation. Chase bank had me done in 10 minutes! BOA I’m done with you...you deserve -5 stars

  giving 0 stars. Worst banking staff ever. Made me wait for 30 minutes even after taking an appointment and then said that we do not notarize copies even though original is present. Went to another branch and they did it happily without an appointment. avoid this branch. inefficient and no knowledge at all. could have given 0 stars if possible

  The only reason they received one star is because they were open. I would think Bank of America would take the time to train their employee/teller with simply greeting protocol. Apparently, making a deposit for a Corp.Business account guarantees horrible customer service. Being attended by teller "Marsela" was the worse experience. She did not take the time to say hello, smile, or say thank you. Her expression of pure hatred and frustration was odd. Bank of America should take the time to properly train a teller not just for accuracy but simply client service. Thank you for making me feel it was necessary to utilize time from my busy schedule to not only post this review but advise my company CEO. I truly hope you don't allow "Marsela" to continue treating clients as such or simply use her as an example of how not to treat Bank of America clients.

  Same complain as the review earlier. Every time I go to the bank and need to see the teller, it takes at least 20 minutes. There is always a long line ...
