Rushi Shah1Very very very bad customer service!! I used to love this location but time after time, they are turning pathetic! They do not pick up the phone most of the time!! Then we entered in the store 2 minutes before closing and they did not let us come in saying we already have 3 customers in line!! I thought when you are open until certain time, you have to let customers in until that time!!!

ANJ Webtech1I have called lore than 6 time no one picked up call i waited 2 days for manager to reach out to me than manager didn’t responded to my queries properly on the top of that she started arguing and stated that i was arguing. I deposited cash in atm which went through as forced deposit as their atm didn’t work properly so my money got stuck and they are charging me fees for overdraft. This bank is all about how to take money from customer. I will never recommend this bank.

Daniel1With respect to ones time, I was able to call a day before to set an appointment with a banker and was told no appointments were necessary to consult with one who would provide information regarding Personal Loans. So, I was able to make time on my schedule to personally come in and sit down for a chat. As I had many questions to ask, I was hoping for the overall experience that would bring ease to my worries. Unfortunately, that did not happen. After speaking with the teller, I was told to wait a minute as she spoke with the manager to see if he was able to see me. From the transparent glass, my mother and I had acknowledged his demeaning characteristics with hand gestures that spoke loudly as if we were a bother. Apparently, we were told to give a call to a number found on one of the documents I brought from a prescreened Loan by TD Bank. The manager did not have the courtesy to introduce himself, nor did he give us his reasoning as to why he was unable to help, and lacked professionalism due to his mannerism. Sadly, we were turned away with all questions unanswered and no specific reason as to why we were not helped. Due to this experience, we no longer want to do business with your bank. Thank you!

Kat A1Going through the drive through takes 2 or 3 hours depending on the people. This is the slowest bank I have ever been to! They need faster customer service people. I went three days in a row and waited over an hour.

Sammy “TheSamster” Perez5It's a busy bank but i always look forward to going. Nice people just banking and I think the tellers are just a bunch of very nice people, especially when they deal with people all day and still are nice enough to have a smile on their face when they greet you.

ATETV1Worst customer service I ever had, people here are so unprofessional and they can’t seem to get it right even if you give them a second chance, they treat you like they are doing you a favor not to remind you they have a job thanks to US! The clients who have their money in this bank, I’m done and switching to Wells FARGO.

I sent a cash deposit , few minutes laters I received a call from the bank saying that I made a mistake by missing $1,000 on the deposit and they added it on the account, that means that they are honest and professionals people who work there. Thank you very much.
