Robert Bruce1Bank of America is the worst bank to use on the weekends! Its inconvenient hours and short staff make this bank the worst to visit. All three bank of America's (Wilcox and both on Atlantic ) are the only thorn in my weekend. This weekend will go down as the worst. The website says open until 1 pm. Wilcox was closed at 1230 and the security Gaurd at the branch on Whittier and Atlantic would not allow me to wait in line at 12:55. Why does the website say open until 1pm of we can't enter before then. I really wish my Mom didn't use this bank. When compared to other banks' service, this bank comes in last! A one star review is one star more than they deserve.. They can learn allot from wells fargo on Atlantic and floral.

jose guerra1Are they racist here?pretending to be extremely busy?They need to get more white asian black employees i feel like the staff here has gotten too comfortable.all hispanic.Genuinely hate this bank of America location the staff is always dragging thier feet there is a big line with only 1 or 2 people to help client. 1 hour lunch and didnt get to do a transaction.manager Evelyn M. Kept glancing at the line thats what really got me mad log in to a computer and do something .

Stacy A.5Im going to give my honest experience. Going there was so helpful for me. They helped me set up my account and although my baby sister was being very active they did not mind it all. We were assisted fairly quickly. The only reason the wait lines are long is because its a bank and most people go when they are outside of work and haven’t scheduled an appointment.

Miguel Hernandez1The worst bank i have ever been to. The lines are never ending. They only have 2 tellers attending. There's more employees but they are just walking around looking stupid. Don't they see the huge line, and they don't bother to do anything to help. Everyone in line is complaining, and some people got tired of waiting they just left. It actually cross my mine on also leaving. Poor management. I am changing banks.

Dark Nite2Great customer service. But awful management. For some reason they only have 2 open windows maybe 3 and that makes the customers wait in line forever. The only reason I go is for Business transactions...Great Bank to have if you do everything online or use the ATM. But awful Bank to go make physical transactions waiting wise. It's not the Bank Tellers fault that the Branch Management can't provide more tellers...I suggest to go Mondays or before Friday thats not the 1st or 15th of the month...

Chris A.1This place is a joke. The ATMs never seem to be working so they end up with a long line of people trailing out into the parking lot waiting on the ONE working machine. Other nearby BoAs have updated their ATMs to be faster and more convenient but oh no, not here. In this corner, everyone has to queue up to do what other banks do in a breeze. Seriously, even when they are "working" at least one, without fail, will not have certain services available. So, management writes a note next to the screen with something like, "this machine will not receive or dispense cash." That's literally why everyone is in line! Ridiculous.

Frank Pantoja1I closed my account over a year ago and still can't get them to stop sending me statements in the mail. I called a few months ago and thought it was taken care of but the statements keep coming with just a bunch of zeros on it. So I called again, just got off the phone and after talking to Desire she put me on hold for about 5 minutes, then transfered me to another department and I spoke to John who said they do not handle my type of requests. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK, THEY'RE A BUNCH OF MORONS. AND THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONES.

Alex Flores1Today 2/3/2021 at 11:30am the security guard let a man go inside with out being in line when there was alot of people waiting in line before that guy. In other words front cuts. I really got upset more because he lied to a manger who heard everything. Staying he was here first.

Jeff Davis1Walk into the branch Yesterday Friday Nov 2 and watch and witness some rude customer Service by bank employees Elizabeth the teller and the supposedly Manager of Branch Mario. The teller Elizabeth told the customer something about fill out a form other then the deposit slip but the customer could not hear her so she rudely ask him to step over to the side and that the Suppose Manager Mario Duque some fat bald guy would help him further! As the Gentlemen approach him the Manager, the suppose manager had him wait for several more minutes not wanting to wait on him to like teach him a lesson it was despicable ! When he Mario the "Manager" finally approach the window the man him He yell at the top of his lung at this Gentlemen or no reason The call manager was rude and nasty and it was uncalled for. I was shocked and the whole bank was shock and when totally quiet you could hear a pin drop. Later I found out from the teller that he didn't want to make the large deposit because he had to sign some patriot act paper. So he wanted to check it with his company before making the deposit . But what they did to this person was unprovoked and was very unprofessional this two should be fired. Its people like this to bank employees who are probably dating miss things up for the Bank. It seem like I was in Bank Ghetto yesterday. This guy Mario was out of line!
