  The manager here “Daryl” doesn’t know how to communicate well. He said “I am the manager of this branch, and I know how our system runs”. But it seems like he doesn’t know some of their policy haha. He can’t even answer my question properly.

  Terrible customer service. Had to tell the manager twice to stop saying "that doesn't matter" when I asked him a questions. From the beginning I had to go into a bank branch because the ATM fraud protection continues to embarrass me. I ordered a replacement ATM card this morning, so when going into the branch to withdraw money I had to have all these verifications, driver's license, social security number, and then a cellphone text confirmation as well as the manager being called over to approve my regular bi-weekly withdrawal. I asked the manager why was he called over to the teller window, he said because the teller can only approve so much/amount of money to withdraw for a customer and she needed manager approval. Sounded of suspicious to me or maybe they were just suspicious of me. Not to mention, with the face covering and the thick bulletproof glass, I could barely hear the teller and with her not talking directly to me and trying to talk to the manager I had to ask on my own hey what's going on here. Both the teller and manager was not giving me over information to make this transparent, they were providing limited info and attempting not to answer my questions.

  I tried to deposit a check I got back from escrow , and the customer service was horrible . Went to Bank of America on lake & Colorado and the manager was super nice and was able to help me out just took my drivers license and finger prints deposited my check in 5 mins since it was a bigger amount . I will now drive the couple extra miles to go to the bank on Colorado.

  no access to the safe deposit box on thursday at 1:50 PM. REALLY!!! Another big corp using the CO-VID 19 excuse to provide poor service.

  This bank open 1 day and close for a week. I used ATM twice. And ATM jammed twice. On top of it. MY CARD WAS JAMMED INSIDE.

  If u want to value ur time and money, always have a back up bank different from bofa.

  After hours card key for door to access atms is always broken.. It's like they don't want people to use their bank after hours. Fix your front door!

  This location has good customer service in general, but they never answer their phone!

  Never picks up their phone, nice workers. But doesn't keep their word about waives. Don't help people with appt right away.
