  Worse bank to go to... always 1 teller and they dont add more.. the line just grows and grows. I suggest if your in a rush do NOT COME HERE. Three other works walking around looking at each other, but dont care to fix the issue. Dont waste your time if you work at a store and want to get change and make a deposit.

  Why do all over banks and financial institutions stay open later. Does Bank of America freaking America not realize people work. 4pm is not enough time. Pathetic it’s not even your money you’re holding.

  I feel sorry for all the bank teller at this location... They are really great when you opening an account with them.... But putting a bank teller is the least on their priorities i guess... Always have a long line.

  The worst institution I've been to. They have 10 windows and always have 2 people on deck. I've never been here less than 35mins-1hr. I am almost on the verge of switching banks because this is most definitely and serious problem.

  It's impossible to get through to them on the phone. I've been trying for two days and I either get a busy signal or I'm told that all the representatives are busy. There is no option to hold - you just have to hang up and try again. I'm trying to cancel an appointment. You can make an appointment online but you can't cancel one online.I guess they'll know the appointment has been cancelled when I don't show up.

  My turn was next, I was waiting more 40 minutes for service, and very bad customer service from the bank teller as well as the operations manager I ever had during five years. Basically, very poor customer service and very slow.

  The customer service experience was horrible. There were 2 (two) tellers waiting on 13 customers. A supervisor person greeting customers/asking questions, but not able to assist any customes in line.:(.

  2 tellers waiting on 20 people, and 1 teller has been counting cash for 10 mins, this Bank is the worst, with long DMV line, at least DMV has more than 2 Reps at their counter

  No Stars! The employee walking around asking about depositing is not reinforcing customers to wear their mask correctly over the nose. Her herself is not wearing a mask over her nose.
