  If I could give no stars. I would. The service is great when you get to talk to someone. However, the branch is chronically understaffed. If you need to speak with a teller, plan on a 30+ minute wait

  Insanely enough this Branch is Rarely Open!…When it is open the lines are long (one teller) as well as not having the cash denominations needed i.e.5 dollar bills! I mention this as i am a small business owner in the community and having a cash till available is necessary for my establishment! Where does one have their financial needs met if not from a BANK?!..the absolute worse.

  No teller on a Friday morning until 10.30 how sad in addition I see six employees and no cashier

  Probably the single worst experience I have ever had in a banking establishment. Mind-numbing incompetence with a healthy smattering of disdain would be the best way to describe this branch office. Honestly, you should just switch to a local credit union.

  Omg Has this Bank changed a lot in the last month, customer service has gotten better which counts for lot when your are busy as myself and need answers fast, the management seems to have there $% suff together, I could not tell you what in the was going on before. New faces and better training will always set the Tone I can't stand chase and I was about to move my business but I will hang tight keeping hope a-live...an organized operation is everything

  Until they're giving away free money I can't imagine rating a bank 5 stars. The hours of operation are frustrating, but when they're open they do their best to help.
