      After One Of My Business Account Was Hacked; Came To This Branch For New Debit Card. Waited 2 hour watch them print 6 debits cards for people that came after me. For the machine to “brake” DONT COME HERE IF YOUR YOUNG N OWN A BUSINESS. Don’t get the bankers Angry they with pull they Mask Down n yell

      The supervisor Liz is terrible...she always have a attitude and she’s very rude. Everyone else in the bank was very nice and pleasant but the energy shifted negatively on Liz side of the place. Won’t be coming back there

      They never resolve issues at hand. Needed to send some money overseas they were never able to do it in 3 weeks, went to my other bank and was literally resolved in 15 minutes or less. They put holds on accounts and make you go in to correct, terrible experiences, hate doing this but yet to have a good experience there. Oh the guard is very polite! So are the people to bad they don't have the power to ever resolve anything 😕

      This branch is specific and under each review there are 10 people in line for personal service and only one person takes care of it just because of such branches I have a strong opinion of leaving this bank and transferring all my business to other banks

      This is one of the worst most unprofessional td bank branch to deal with , Ever since it started to be run by a middle-age African-American female it went down I don’t know her name so that’s why I’m giving this description the customer service went down the professionalism went down just everything the cleanliness
