  Bank of America at this location is practising social distancing and all wear the mask. Did not stand in line very long even though went out the door, was the first in line indoors and got what I needed done very fast. I appreciate when businesses care to do the right thing which is social distancing & wearing the mask. Thank you!

  They are not helpful. Got there with the intention to cash a check. First, the guy inside the entrance (the one with the suit) Couldn’t help me. Maybe he wasn’t thinking or he never does. Then, the teller ( the girl wearing black glasses) was of no use. She probably wears glasses just so people can think she is smart. Avoid this location and instead go to the one located on Dale Rd in Modesto!

  You do not deserve 1 star, your waiting time is a lot more than 15 minutes you need to change that to 45 minutes. You always have one regular teller and one merchant tellers available no matter how many people are on the line waiting. You need to go see how Wells Fargo operates their line. It's a shame, you act as if our time doesn't matter.

  worst experience at a bank ever! they acted as if I was stealing my on money and just because my RCA/Android tablet did not have the capabilities to complete their online survey their staff retaliated on me and lost my business all together Some of my familiar Friends do business with this company they got mad because I wasn't ready for a checking account yet, and they were aware of me and wanted so badly to take credit for me that needed me to get an MLB logo checking account.... I never had this problem with the New England Branch Located within Massachusetts...

  Really bad service I just got discriminated for having Daca & they didn’t let me open my son an account. Sad cause the persone that help me was a Latina Brenda Arteaga. If I could give a cero star I would. This bank location has to get either different manager leadership or new staff or just close it down. Worst feeling ever.

  As a BOA business banker and personal I was upset with this location, employees are rude. Not helpful at all and told me to go to a different branch.

  10 ppl in mercent line one teller. Over 20 ppl in regular customers line only 2 teller. BOA just want your money. I'm changing my account to bank of Stockton. Save myself time and money.

  Terrible inner parking lot right in front of bank, have seen multiple small accidents of cars hitting eachother in the small lot. Be careful when entering and exiting. Recently opened up more room on the sides of the bank which is great!

  Long lines, dirty, and deep in the ghetto. Oh, and the ATMs are antiquated compared to the other BofAs I’ve been to.
