  Bank wont give me my money. When i told them i wanted to take out my money to transfer it to my other account, they told me they could only give me cash. They wanted me to only take out cash, and go deposit cash in my other bank. Sure, I'll just drive around with my rent and grocery money in cash and feel safe. GIVE ME MY MONEY BOFA Cant use website, and when on phone i keep getting transferred to the same department or hung up on. NO STARS

  I have been with B of A for over 25 years. They have completely lost the ability to have personalized service with their customers I went in to the bank on August 11th to send a wire to the country of Georgia. The banker I worked with did not put the last 7 digits of the IBAN number in the wire form. I had left my glasses at home. So I asked the banker to triple check the form. He said he did and reassured me everything was correct. Well it wasn't. I called about 5 times to the wire division and sat on hold literally for 2 plus hours several times. Once I got disconnected. I even went back to the branch to find my lost wire. The branch office said his manager would contact me. He / she never did. So it cost me $45 to send the wire. Then when it finally got credited back to my account 22 days later, there were another $70 in fees. The total fees are $115. I am on hold again with the 4th person today and she is so far no help. This bank is terrible at being fair and has unacceptable customer service. I also use Wells Fargo. They are much better. Stay clear of this bank. They don't care about their customers even the ones that have been with the bank for over 25 years.

  I'm not one to write many reviews but my experience at this bank was so incredible I had to say something. To sum it up I came in ready to close my account due to the fact that I was upset about some activity going on with my bank account. I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Rosan. He asked what I needed and proceeded to help me. Not only did he exceed my expectations, I walked out with a smile and happy to keep my account. His customer service and his ability to help me was beyond amazing. These are the kind of employees that let you know they do care.

  The service here is good, tellers and other banking professionals are friendly. Unfortunately, the corporation they work for makes a regular business of unethical practices and charges usurious fees. All the customer service in the world can't make up for getting ripped off, especially when one's identity has been stolen - especially when that theft occurred as a consequence of a "merchant data breach" of the bank's customer files and sensitive information.

  WARNING DO NOT BANK HERE!!!! i now have hundreds of dollars in late fees due to this bank always putting a hold on my money or card everytime i deposit anything over $1000... Ive even had a 2 WEEK hold for a check that was $450. Ive only banked here for 6 months and has been worst stressfull experience in my life when i cant pay rent or bills!!! They should pay all my late fees due to me waiting for MY OWN MONEY!!! I live paycheck to paycheck living in sd and this place makes my life a living hell when they do this everytime!!! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE THIS BANK IS GREEDY AF! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR SITUATION THEY WILL PUT A HOLD ON EVERYTHING.. WORST BANK IN AMERICA!!!

  The atm gave me torn bills that I needed to deposit into my checking to avoid over drafting. It was after hours and ended up being charged (first over draft in all my years as a BofA customer). When I if the fee could be reversed (especially since it was their atm that gave me torn bills rejected by the same machine when I tried to deposit them), I was told it is not possible and to call customer service. When I called customer service they said they can’t, but the branch should be able to.

  Worst bank of America I've ever been to the tellers and the mamagement here are extremely rude and aren't willing to help you through any problem. Take your time to go somewhere else and avoid these horrible rude tellers. They give bank of America a bad name and leave a nasty feeling about this bank, definitely never having them as my banking company and you can thank this branch for that.
