  This bank is pointless. You cannot get any cash or change. I entered to get some $50 bills for Christmas presents. "You can use the ATM," they said. But I can't get $50 bills in the ATM. "There's another bank a few miles away in Campbell". Why should I have to go to a second Bank of America location? I just went out of my way to go to this one, since the other closest Bank of America location in downtown Saratoga stopped carrying cash, too. Now both the nearest banks to me are completely useless. Looks like it's time to change banks. I shouldn't have to search so hard for a bank that can give me cash when I want it. What a joke.

  the tellers are very rude. they are not helpful either. i am a long time BofA customer, and we went there to open up a bank account for my kids, i was lectured on how it takes 1hr to open up a single savings account. i was asked to make an appointment and come back. level of service does not meet my expectations. terrible service- the team here can use education on how to treat customers, be more agile and improve their engagement.

  They find their very best way to refuse you or refer you to a different banking center when it comes to bank related services that don't revenue to them, even it's family urgency related. HORRIBLE.

  This is a terrible branch. Remodeled to strip the teller stations and now you have to wait FOR EVEN THE SIMPLEST TRANSACTIONS. The workers may care but it sure doesn’t show. WAITING WAITING WAITING. ZERO SERVICE. Will be leaving BofA.

  Had appointment for setting up checking account. Had to wait more than 90 minutes and it was extremely frustrating. Also, the person who set up checking account did not do properly, it was incomplete. Extremely bad service. Not sure how BOA is supporting this branch.

  This place sucks the people working there are the most rudest people I have meet. Lobby clerk just stands there doesn't open the door or greets the customers.

  No enough tellers. Avg wait is 30 minutes. Way too long!! B of A needs to do a better job in staffing this B of A
