  Tellers always fantastic. The issue is there is only ever one, in any branch, then 4 people standing trying to usher you to use an ATM, feigning helpfulness. Terrible setup for business accounts that require a person, not a machine. Frustrating when you have to do this 3-5 times a week.

  This BoA is Amazing for lack of better words. The staff is amazing goes above and beyond for you, knows you by name, knows your kids. Takes the time and understands what your needs are as an individual/family/business. Its all around the best bank Ive ever been to. I travel just to go there because I know I will always get the best advice and help. Klara, Trevor, Diana, Linda, Jesus. Your all amazing! We Love You All!

  I opened my account with BoA in 2012, and I've visited different branches. I lived in downtown Beverly for a year and I started going to the branch on Cabot st. I moved to a different city and I am still going back to this branch, because they have great staff and an awesome manager. I want to specially say thank you to Trevor Brooks for staying after hours helping me.

  This location have the greatest staff. They go beyond their expectation. Sometimes just feel like stopping by and say hello to each one of the Bank personnel.

  Tellers are always super nice. Tends to be a little under staffed on a Saturday so wait times can be a bit of a pain but that's my only complaint.

  I went there today with a Bank of America check drawn from the same Bank of America I tried to cash a check for $4,000 the bank don't have the money to cash the check even know the customers money is in their Bank only in America

  Poor customer service. Staff clearly is trying to get through customers to leave early. Staff unfamiliar with federal issued checks. Poor training. Not impressed.
