  I haven't been a customer here in along time since they screwed me in college. I originally had a college student account (free with no monthly minimum balance) and suddenly my account was overdrawn by a couple hundred dollars. I went into the bank and spoke to the account manager, who also happened to be a family friend. She told me that B of A is allowed to change any account type at their discretion. And that they are/were under no obligation to tell their customers. I closed my account immediately and she said my overdrawn total would be sent to collections. Okay, you opened an accountfor a minor, therefore, I cannot be held responsible. Fast forward to today, my husband and I came in to cash a check as our home bank doesn't have a branch here any longer. We got to the front of the queue and began to walk forward to the counter, "Veronica" then gave us a disgusted once over and told us to go back in line. She then assisted a customer that had come in after us. Wow, I love how they still treat their customers like crap. I hope this branch shuts down or gets a new associate team

  I don't do banking online and the bank isn't open nor is there any other information! When I call the number and try to talk to a real person all I get is the automated answering service taking me down the rabbit hole! I am so ready to change Banks I have been with you for 30 years!

  they closed the bank in red bluff. you now have to goto redding or chico. I think its time to switch banks.
