  If you are a business in need of quick service don't come to this branch no business line, Our staff is always in like a 45 min wait when change is needed. We are planning to move to a more business friendly bank since it looks to be a trend at the other branches. These people don't get that for small business owner time is money!!

  A new theater is opening next door. They should demolish this bank and convert it for public parking. I'll sell them some Google stars to make the bank appear to be more appealing. Interstate's 605/10; route 57 north to the Angeles mountains are devoid of any major retail establishments. A large depressed area.

  Everyone need to understand that this is a business and obviously if they have a line at the door it's a good business. People still come back. At the end of the day we still need to come but when we're at the teller and she/he greets you with great customer service u forgot what your were mad about because you have your money.

  Horrible. I came I three times today... during my break, during my lunch and during my second break. Each time only ONE teller for a long line. I kept trying to get the attention of what seemed like a manager, but they would make eye contact and keep walking. They seem to not care about the customer experience of bit.

  Worst bank ever!!! Lines are ridiculously long on regular days, and like today when you know there are going to be a lot of people in because of the holidays they only add 2 more tellers. Honestly I have been to many banks here in so. Cal and this one is tops as the worst!!! If I could give - 2 stars I would!!!

  SLOW! 2 tellers talking to each other while with customers. Others in the back area with no concern for the customers. One loan officer went to a teller while she was with a customer to have her take care of her transaction. Terrible management!

  There is ALWAYS a long line (5+) and one, maybe 2 tellers if lucky. I always wonder what the 3 people standing around are for. If I ran my business like this, I'd be out of it!

  Worst customer service branch I ever been to. If you need a relationship rep, do not go to Annie Cao who refused to let me speak with her supervisor.

  worst bank ever, lines are very long and tellers work slow. If you need to get out of there fast, might as well try the ATM.

  Cashiers are rude and slow. Need better training people who work at a bank should be able to work more effectively.
