  5 Stars to Jessica R. , the personal banker, in the Temple City branch, is remarkable. I was confused about a personal offer code for a welcome bonus, and she patiently explained to me how it worked. She's very detail oriented and has great customer service skills. She truly goes above and beyond .

  I called them at 5pm to open an account. I told them my issues over the phone and that I was pressed for time. When I walked in with 2 kids in tow, the store manager was waiting for me and immediately got started with my account. I have some credit trouble, so it took an hour, but I walked out with the cash that I needed, a smile on my face, and a little girl in each hand. Oh! and a cute little blue monkey coin bank in celebration of Chinese New Year!

  It's ok. Not exactly horrible but not good. Parking can be a pain, no drive thru, ATM only in front. Different tellers weekly I much prefer the storest inside Albertsons bc at least the same people work there most of the time. I hate that fake conversation they try to have. Just be nicertain and get myour transaction done.

  So this afternoon I went to cash my check and transfer my funds to my debit account and the guy was so rude he like I need your I'd I told him this is me so i told him i am not going to get back and line and they seen me get back on line and never told me to go back with him so any ways my point is that there rude the manager was rolling her eyes at me just of you have ppl working at your bank show them so manners I going to change banks asap.
