  I know the covid pandemic is affecting how smooth service is. But I can tell they really try to make it as convenient as possible for customers. Overall happy. I just opened an account there. I had to make an appointment. But the banker told me before I left that he has an appointment in 7 min and told me if they are not here by five he would go ahead and put me in to help me. Great experience.

  Visited this branch on a Saturday Morning, place was busy I waited for 20min to get a temporary card since I lost mine. Once I was seated Rep was very nice and helpful, took her 5min to get me a new card. Only thing I mind was the wait everything else was great!

  Great customer service. Always managed to help me with anything. Very happy with their service. Manager's are great. Very nice lady's.

  Bank team is very nice and helpful. But it is a very inconvenience when coming to the ATM and cars are parked right in front with emergency lights causing traffic and not being aware of people around them. who actually parked on a parking space and walked how they suppose too. VERY DANGEROUS!🚫🚫🚫 Needs to be fix before someone gets hit.

  Says closes at 2 pm on door on Saturdays does close at 2pm. Just another terrible bank of America Branch.

  My husband went in because he needed to replace his business ATM card and really appreciated the service by Brenda Medina. He had been waiting a long time and no one else offered to help but Brenda did. We appreciate her taking care of the small business customers like us

  Honestly I never go to this bank because I’ve had one bad experience and never went back. However I went back today because I needed to cash my checks to pay my rent. Apparently they changed there policy and didn’t allow me to cash my checks. I was really upset because I’ve never had this issue before. I recognize this lady from the whittwood bank as well. So dissatisfied with there lack of costumer service. Going to close my account with them after this

  The bank manager at this branch is manipulative and inconsiderate. She knowingly withheld information on my wait time for a Direct deposit slip, yet lied to me and made it seem that it would be a short wait. I was waiting 40 mins for a direct deposit slip, only to find out it would be at least 20 more mins. Personally, I would have preferred to know that it would be an hour wait before I waited 40 mins. Instead of having the manager say it would be a short wait. Very manipulative and extremely inconsiderate. TY

  Started an account on Monday, cashed a check and was told that it would be available the next day. Next day I check my account and see a hold has been placed on the check until Saturday. Went in to ask, and new accounts will apparently always have this hold because I need to "build my relationship" with them. However, my mother recently started an account there too, has been with them for less than 3 months, and has never had a hold be placed on her check. Apparently they don't care about building a relationship with their customer. I'm not going to be waiting a week every time I need to cash a check. After my check clears on Saturday, I'm going in to clear my balance and close my account. I've never had a bank account for less than a week, so this is a new record with me. Chase will be getting my business from now on. Bye, BofA.

  These banks are using COVID to not open branches on Saturdays while they take in profits the line is out the door open 10-1 and open until 4 on weekdays when is the working person supposed to get into a beach for service I’m taking my money to an online bank with higher interest what’s the point f having a location to go to if they aren’t open when you can go
