  The worst service possible. Half of the employees are sitting around doing nothing. There is a long wait even though I had an appointment. The staff is not helpful at all. Not welcoming and don’t even want to make an eye contact. Extremely bad experience at this branch. They don’t care neither value your time.

  Good luck with anything phone related. No way to schedule a call back or reach a person. The auto dialer hangs you up when everyone is assisting customers. EDIT: Susan the owner reads these suggestions yet never acts to improve their phone line system. The other reviews also complain about inaccessibility and incompetence of staff. It is unfortunate that half the BOAs in Fremont are temporarily closed and this one is the one that remains.

  Unprofessional and slow services at this branch. Had to wait 10 minutes to be attended by someone and another 50 minutes to open a bank account. Stay away as much as possible from this branch.

  Longest line, slowest service. Can’t believe that’s how they treat customers. Edit: You know the ATM doesn’t do much. I needed 10k in cash and had to wait an hour in line? You need a better management, hire more people if needed. No other banks have these kind of issue. RIP BOA.

  I called and asked if I could walk in to bring someone to open a new account. They said to come before 4:30. I was there at 12:20pm and I was told that they can’t help us!!! Worst customer service to tell at first yes and then tell you they can’t help you.

  Location is convenient, and staff are pretty responsive. On line services are more competitive. Short for this location is usually a long line.

  Always delay. Only 2 counters all the time and will waste 1+ hour for small transaction. They manage with 2 people all the time. Useless branch.

  Bad experience with this branch nobody care customer waste of time and money, I been 3 time I got 3 time bad experiences. I been other branch around bay are everywhere I have great experience but this branch waste of time. I never go again this branch

  Porsha is the best of the best! She took her time to take care of our small business account. We don’t have sufficient credit to apply for a business credit card. She was willing to spend couple hours on a phone just to know the reason of denial. She also helped us apply for the CD account and made a plan for us to build credit. She is the best of the best that I know who really has her time and energy devoted to help you build your business!

  One of the worse experience I had with BOA ( specially this Fremont Branch) which I was not expecting but BOA proved me wrong in every aspect, where employees talk on their Friday night drinks and family gatherings in front of customers without caring about that they are in financial sector, which could be critical for someone because of the employee’s careless, unprofessional,typical behavior. Just because of cashier’s small mistakes i have lost more then 15000$.Try to put your self in same condition and see where/how it will hit you.Definitely irrespective of anything LEVEL of frustration would eventually go up with this kind of terrible people.
