Cassandra1Worst customer service for the simplest tasks. I was told I wouldn't have problems with deposits. The following days my accounts were closed. I was told to expect a call by Monday or Tuesday. I received no calls, had to call myself (took multiple calls for them to answer), then got put on "a brief hold" of 25 minutes. I had to call again for them to answer and tell me "they had the information" and that they would call by the end of the day. Once again, I received no calls and had to call myself, once again it took multiple times for them to answer. Here I am still on hold and it's been 39 minutes. My accounts are closed and I have pending deposits and returns. If they have the information, why can they just not tell me it?

Pallavi Korde1Hi folks..I wish I had 0 rating to give. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The branch manager is least bothered about customer. He has a lot of attitude. When I told him that his staff did not contact me inspite of several emails and calls, instead of apologizing he told me how I was wrong. Was least interested in helping us to open an account. Would never recommend anyone to open an account with this branch atleast.

moallii Leather1I’ve been to this branch multiple times and they always have problems. Today they have no access to cash and their ATM is also down. Not sure what is going in here but they have some bad management issues.

Mark Webb1Terrible, terrible, terrible "service"; but I really can't call it service as nothing got done. I wish I could give negative stars. I just spent 40 minutes on hold and was bounced to three different "employees". The job is still not done. I will probably need to spend 30 minutes of my time driving over to the branch. That will be a complete waste of my time. Perhaps the branch manager would like to respond to my posting.

Minnie W2This banking center is always slow and short staffed. Or maybe the bad operation makes it feels like it’s short staffed. On a Wednesday 3:10pm. 2 tellers slowly assisting 2 customer. Simple deposit took 10 minutes. And one banker helping a customer. And the other one just busy having her lunch. I guess cross training is very impo Came in with 2 customers in line, left with 2 customers in line

Felicity F1Worst bank ever...most if the employees are incompetent and rude. Their hours are horrible making it so hard for the average working person to do any banking. The ATM is down constantly. I wouldn't come here if I didn't have to. This is how our landlord wants the rent deposited.
