  Closing my account! They closed the Pahrump office a took out the ATMs.

  Scheduled an appointment at 3:30, arrived around 3:20. sat until 3:40 before i went to the one teller to make sure there was no where i needed to check in, continued waiting until 4:00, left because i had to return to work. It is mid day on a Tuesday, it is probably safe to assume that anyone who schedules an appointment made arrangements to be there for a specific reason and time frame and they don't have all day to wait around. Unfortunately, something that only takes 10-15 minutes is now delayed by a day.

  This is the branch where I conduct most of my banking needs (not where I actually opened the accounts, but it is conveniently located with a variety of other stores in the plaza). The employees have always been friendly during my visits, and I have not experienced these inordinate wait times some of the other people posting here have complained about. The atms have been out of order a couple times, and the late night card entry system used to not work so well, but they fixed it a couple years ago, and it has been reliable since then. Overall, an above average branch compared to my other stops in various branches arcoss the valley since I began banking with them in 2007.

  The same problem over and over again, I saw 4 employees who are free, two of them were chatting inside the room, one of them behind the teller windows and doing nothing. Only one guy struggles to keep up with slow responding system and we waited 20-30 minutes for our transaction while all the windows are closed other than one. It was extremely frustrating and this branch thinks that we have all these free time to stand there waste our time.. please yell at them to keep two windows open. Moreover, on my previous visit I asked the lady teller who was left alone completely whom told me she would leave the window if she needs to go bathroom since they left her alone with ton of people.. I just can't believe they torture people like that

  The slowest branch, only go if you have 20 - 30 min to spare. Unacceptable in this day and age
