  Cannot facilitate more than 2 customers at a time. Are you kidding? And actually on this particular day they could only help one person at a time. Not good to be multi billion dollar banking business and can't help their customers.

  I arrived 10 minutes before the bank closed with my partner so that I could be added to his platinum honors checking account ( he’s traveling Friday and we’re closing on a house so I need to be added to the account ASAP) and the branch Manger, Poova did not want to accommodate us. she said we would have to make an appointment because they were in the middle of serving their last customer for the day. And get this, there was no one there. Awful Customer service! Simple fact is they didn’t want to work past 5p. Awful customer service. We will be contacting the regional office!

  What a aweful bank and burlington Mall is the worst. The teller or manager argued for 20 minutes but didn't want to work and asked me come next day for the wire transfer where as they could have done that in 5 minutes!! Lazy workers giving the bank a bad name !! , The Burlington branch is not a customer service place.

  Tellers are fine but this place is never open at convenient times. Long wait time once you catch them open. The service workers are inconsiderate of customer time, having multiple casual conversations while many people are waiting to be helped.

  What a aweful bank. The head teller lied right to my face. I tried cashing a large check ten minutes before they closed, the teller looked at his money and told me that the had a rule. I looked at the rules there is no such things. The Burlington branch is not a customer service place. Go to Td Bank way better open Sunday and I never waited more than minutes.

  Great tellers! I come here frequently for a work account. Only complaint is that the line can take quite a while on busy days, and it seems as though they should have more tellers staffed, rather than only 1-3 for a 6 person set up.

  2 stars only for the tellers They are understaffed for client business. I went, after calling ahead and still had to wait 20 mins and still being told it will be a few minutes more. Why can't the people who give the update do the business themselves!! Waste of time.

  Everytime you go in morning or night there is 1 teller. Yes 1 teller!!!!! Expect to wait at least 10 mins. They are nice people but I feel bad for the 1 teller on.

  Bad experience in this branch. For a cashier check, go there three times! The teller and the manager will tell you the different thing.
