  Great customer service! Multiple people helped us out quickly and checked to make sure everything was still going great. Would definitely recommend! We had help with a transfer, withdrawal, and some minor account changes.

  This is the largest bank in America but this branch in past 2 years has only opened 3 days a week and they require an appointment for service. Currently they are completely closed. Every other competing banks are open so shame on you for using Covid-19 as a reason to not serve your customers. I transferred my accounts to another local bank that gave me more free ATM's to use.

  Poor customer service. Has been waiting for nearly 2 hours in the lobby full of people . While I have been waiting 2 workers has left on lunch even though they have a long wait line and other 3 were chatting with each other for quite some time. I have personal and business account with BoA and has been their customer for 8 years and cannot understand why they are treating their clients in such a manner. While I am writing this review another bank worker is sitting in an empty office and enjoying her snack . I see also a huge amount of negative reviews on this branch with a exactly same complaints for the past 4 years and don’t know why the problem has not been resolved already since it’s happening for so long . Bank of America Celebration, get it together.

  I had an acct and boxes with this branch. If you want a box you have to wait years for any box and they went from self access which was great so no wait, switched to the waiting system with over verification. The finger print access was best. All you do at that bank is wait and thats with an appointment. THIS IS WHY I CLOSED ALL ACCTS AND BOXES.

  Honestly the WORST bank to use. I am a small business, a mom and pops business. I deposited two checks for 4,500 dollars. I deposited the checks on friday before the banks closed. I have to wait till Thursdays, almost 7 days later to receive the money I deposited. Also I was hit with non reversible bank fees for my personal account due to lack of money spending when I use Zelle to pay for everything. Apparently Zelle is not an acceptable form of spending money to stop bank fees from happening to your account. I WILL NEVER use Bank of America AGAIN. STAY AWAY!!!!

  Great service!! Very helpful and professional! Even though they wait time was long, the staff was very nice and cordial! Tyrone and Cheryl were great!

  Odd hours, currently opened Monday through Wednesday. They require an appointment to use most branch services. ATM is often down or runs painfully slow. Usually a long line to use it. More ATMs are needed to handle the amount of people that need to use it.

  Bank of America itself is fine. I'm reviewing this branch because the other day I went there for help resetting a pin, turns out the "receptionist" or "greeter" could've helped me, instead he said there would be a 3 hours wait and scheduled me to go somewhere else, days later. I went to the other branch with my scheduled appointment, took 5 minutes.

  I have a personal and business account at Bank of America in Celebration. I've been to the bank 3 times to be seen and they can never help, as they say they only serve by appointment, despite the agency being empty. I tried to make an appointment through the website and it's only available for 21 days from now! Terrible, I don't recommend it to anyone!

  Had my debit card compromisedAnd was told to call the bank to get a temporaryDebit card.Have been trying to call the bank and nobody answers so for the next 4 days I have no way to access my bank account. Bank of America has cared less and less and less about me as a customer so I'm really entertaining the idea of having them less and less and less as my bank. It's a shame that a bank could care less about customer service but I guess they're the new used car dealership once they get the sale they could care less about you.
