      Opened a account with this bank online was able to login into the app last night woke up this morning and can't login called support they said my user name was deleted I have to go into a branch problem is I am a truck driver can't get to a branch ask them to cancel my account and send me back my money they Said can't do that either worst bank ever not even 24 hours and problems

      They helped me with my signature guarantee need right before Christmas. Chase wasn’t able to offer this service. I’m very glad I’m also a BOA customer. 😂very pleasant service.

      Jess and Leslie are amazing. I went in to open a new account 30 minutes before they closed. ( I was that guy) I was greeted with a smile and they started helping me quickly. I was laughing the entire time with Jess during the set up and Leslie the branch manager made me feel like I was in the right branch. Will not be going any other branch if I need something!
