  Really enjoyed working with Dave Young and Academy Mortgage in Foothill. Dave took the time to explain all the details of home loans, and he was always available for follow up questions and calls. Additionally, Academy Mortgage worked in a timely and efficient manner. They had everything ready on time. Academy Mortgage was recommended to me by our Realtor and family members and I would definitely recommend Academy Mortgage to friends and family.

  Dave Young is simply the best. I’ve personally used him twice and my friends and family have used him many times as well- they’ve always texted afterwards to thank me for connecting them to Dave and his team. One of my friends is a contractor and Dave really went out of his way to help her out with some tricky tax stuff and she got the condo of her dreams. He has proven to me that he will take care of me, but just as importantly, my friends and family too. (I am not compensated in any way for this or affiliated with Academy Mortgage, I just thought this team deserved some recognition for working hard for us!)

  Danny was the best. We called him all the time, probably more than necessary, but he was always there and responded to our every question with a detailed and professional explanation that we could understand and feel comfortable with. I would advise anyone to use Academy Mortgage for their lender hand down. Great people, great company.

  with Danny. He was very helpful through the whole yearlong house hunting process. He even spoke on the phone with both of my parents when they had questions I couldn't answer. He explained every step of the process to me in language I could understand and was always available when I needed him. He set me up with contacts for other services as well, like a home insurance officer when I told him I didn't know where to start looking. Overall a great guy and loan officer! He and my realtor got me into home I love with a fantastic mortgage rate.

  We loved working with both Danny and Dave! Danny was always available when we had questions, even on nights and weekends. They explained things that we could easily understand as this was our first home. They were very generous with moving boxes and even a moving van. We won't search anywhere else when we look to buy our next home, we loved our experience with Academy Mortgage D-Squared :) Thank you!!

  My husband and I just bought our first home together and we used Dave Young. I have nothing bad to say about him. He went over everything, showed us the different opptions and even suggested to us as to when he thought would be a good time to lock into a interest rate. He showed us different opptions for loans that we qualified for and not just what he thought was best for us. He was very helpful and went over all the paper work very well. I would highly recommend Dave Young with Academy Mortgage to anyone. Thank you Dave.

  Dave Young with Academy Mortgage did an amazing job getting me a loan during these crazy corona virus times. My credit union I was planning on going with completely dropped the ball, went to Dave last minute and him and his team came through. Couldn't be happier. Thanks Dave!

  We worked with Dave Young and he made it simple for us to understand the process of refinancing. During the pandemic I thought there would be some delays but we did everything via email and signed everything electronically. Very pleased with his efforts and the team.
