  This is the best BOA branch!!! Just came from another BOA at 5420 Wilshire because they said we need to make an appointment to do anything with them. They had no customers at the lobby and I was the first person at opening. It doesn’t make sense to me when retail banking place saying we need to make an appointment to do anything with them at all. Came to this branch and everyone is absolutely helpful and I could take care of my banking so easy here!

  Bank of America, I created an account with you online, you approved me and then said we don’t believe you are you so you have to go to a branch (kind of defeats the purpose but okay) I go into a branch (8655 Beverly Blvd location) to prove my identity. The gentlemen after an hour says I’m all good, mind you I deposited my rent into it to secure it. Now it’s the end of the month my funds where frozen my account was deleted and when I call they said that the gentlemen has no idea what he was doing, that’s not how you prove your identity... I replied okay I don’t care who messed up where I need my money, she said within ten business days you’ll receive a check with it. That was on 8/16 we are now the 29th?! When I call no one knows anything about anything. Terrible terrible terrible experience, I’m kind of getting hungry to bad I can’t access my money!

  I’m Bank of America customer almost 20 years .today l Had appointments for wires transfer 86655 Beverly Blvd branch .not help me .very bad customer service .

  The tellers are pretty impersonal. I had a bag of pennies and asked if they had a coin counter. They said no, and handed me the papers to roll the pennies myself. So I sat in the lobby for 15 mins, rolling pennies and one of the personal bankers walked by and asked very fakely "how are you?" Really? I'm sitting rolling pennies on my lap, what do you think? So I said "ehh" and she didn't flinch. Fake "caring".

  Super Nice people work at this branch. I interacted with a lot of them and they were always eager to help and swiftly finish my bank work
