  Alex and his team were great! He got me a rate that my previous mortgage company told me wasn't available. We did a cash out Refi and the loan closed in 21 days. I would definitely use American Mortgage Finance again.

  Alex Aras is The Man! Received a call from his company thinking it was spam! The call dropped and he called me back. My first words to him were “god must of known I needed your call”. You see my husband and I were looking to refi and pull out equity. Previous companies had us in the high 3% range. Going from 2.347% to the high 3% was not what we wanted. But ALEX tells us don’t worry I can get you locked in below 3%. Well he did it!! The whole process was smooth. All I can say is THANK YOU ALEX ARAS! You and your team at American Mortgage Finance are the BEST!

Alex immediately locked our interest Rate at a very low rate at NO cost and our loan closed with in 24 days!   The Loan Officer at American Mortgage Finance, Mr. Alex Aras Was outstanding. He kept me informed from start to finish. The Notary that he used was Excellent. She was very Efficient And was Expeditious. There should be more Companies such as American Mortage Finance and their Representative Alex Aras Thank you for such great Service.   Mr. Alex provided the benefit of doing a refinacing, explaining why/why not. He listened to my current financial situation to include a not-so-good credit score. He provided tips to improve them which made me to qualify. I slowed down but he never did, telling me that he cannot allow me lose any more money due my inaction. He kept up with my busy work sked and finally I submitted all required docs. Then, boom! he said, " Congratulations Mr. Sunny, my friend, it's approved, and enjoy that steak dinner with your savings (something to that effect. which we did). Alex, my friend, thanks to you.
