      The service here is horrible. The customers always have to wait on line.. There is always 1 to 2 tellers and 10 t0 15 people waiting to be serviced. This horrible customer service without a doubt. Today there was only one teller and again 10 customers waiting to be serviced. Preparation should be made for the influx of customers that come to this location at the end and beginning of the month. This happens every month. It is time for this to stop. Without the customers there is no business.

      Worst bank I ever have banked with. Definitely won’t recommend Bank of America to anyone I know of. In 15 years of banking with them. They still haven’t improved any anything. Take your business else where. Chase, TD or capital one

      Horrible bank. Customer service is the worst there. They don't help you, and the wait time for the teller is always over 40 minutes. But they have 4 other girls standing there just day dreaming.

      Horrible Is an understatement about this BOA location .The tellers are rude and the bankers that give the worse service .Each and every time I come to this branch I have to wait almost an hour to been attended to .
