      My go to bank. It's a major inconvenience that it is temporarily closed. The staff are pleasant and helpful.

      This branch has ZERO customer service. I went there during my lunch break hoping to waive a fee, there were 4 bankers, and only myself as a customer. One guy asked me to wait for 5 mins, after 15 mins has passed, he then asked me to wait for 5-10 more mins... I waited there for 40 mins for nothing -- he asked me to call the 800 number instead. I didn't want to be held on the call and kept being transferred all the time so I came to speak to a real person, total waste of time, made me want to move all my checking&saving to another bank

      I was two cars behind, it took 20 mins to get to the window. The teller working the window, ALSO WORKS WITH PEOPLE COMING INSIDE !!!😒😒
