  I had great service at this branch. I walked in to deal with some things on my late brother's account, and they were able to get me in with someone quickly, despite the fact that i didn't have an appointment. Everything was handled quickly and correctly. Didn't see a long line at the teller window either. The Moraga branch has really limited hours right now and the Orinda branch is still closed (except for the ATM), so this branch might be busier than people are used to. But I would highly recommend based on my experience today.

  Days ago my daughter's bank account disappeared from my account’s dashboard. I assumed she had made it just hers after years of having that account under my care. It turns out, Bank of America just closed her account without any notice , and will be sending the money in the account back to her. We were appalled with the total lack of respect. She has now to open a new bank account urgently, but this time it won’t be with bank of america. And they did that at the end of the month, where all her bills have to be paid, creating a lot of headache for her and for me as well. I’ve been banking with B of A for 19 years, I’m currently looking for another financial institution. Bank of America showed me they are not trustworthy. I will not do any business with this institution anymore. I’ll close my accounts by the end of March 2022.

  Long lines, one teller right before Christmas. You need more staff at this branch! Orinda branch closed-they were great. Where are those excellent tellers? Also B of A sent me a letter telling me to call for an appointment to empty my Orinda Safety deposit box. I waited on hold 30 minutes and later one hour. Then I tried to schedule an appointment through the app and Orinda wasn’t even an option. Please get your act together! You are going to lose my business.

  Very poor customer service. B of A's online banking system is very good, so avoid going into the branch if possible.

  line is long, upselling customers takes time, line grows longer, teller multi tasking allows the line to grow even longer. The guy at the door to greet customers is nice. He ask me what he can help me with and directs us to the line. Tellers do their best, but I know they're overworked. Perhaps management can hire more tellers. Just a suggestion

  Ari Zarifyar, the manager was extremely rude and antagonizing to my 88 year old grand mother, refusing to cash a check for a customer of 20 years. When I tried to defend my grandmother and told Ari I would contact corporate, she responded “you do that then sweetie”. Several tellers were lazily looking over rolling their eyes. Severe attitude problems and long lines.

  Wait for days on a waitlist to send out a wire. Zero customer service. The worst. There should be a lower star ranking. If not for trust accounts, I would have moved banks years ago.

  George was very helpful in setting me up on my first credit card! ATMs are simple, and local. Much appreciated
