  Staff has always been super helpful. To the gentleman that offered the one star review due to problems with the ATM, most FIs contract out that servicing nowadays. The branch staff don’t even have keys to the ATM vault so literally can’t help you with that. And any time you lose money in an ATM you will have to file a claim to get it back. That’s just how it works!

  This branch of Patelco is amazing. The staff is always friendly and considerate, the atmosphere warm and welcoming, and the location clean and spacious. The staff here always have your best interests in mind and will always try to take care of you and will never upsell something or rush you through your transaction. Plus, they have the best coffee/drink machine!

  ATM ate a $500 deposit, said there was an error and couldn't return my deposit. I immediately went inside the branch and they told their ATMs are administrated by a third party. Now I have to deal with my own CU and dispute with a totally uninformative receipt. Thank you for grifting your customers. I know where I'm never going to open an account or inquire about loans.

  I enjoy the banking experience with them, staff is always so courteous and helpful if I have any difficulty with anything. I have never had any serious issues since starting with them.

  Ever since I opened an account with patelco I've had nothing but top shelf service ...IM speaking of ALL three of the ones I go into ...every single employee that I've ever dealt with are so Helpful and Careing ...they will get the transaction complete... no matter how long it takes !!! I LOVE THOSE LADIES .... SO GO AND CHECK IT OUT ..PATELCO ROCKS !!
