  Brenda was awesome. She was super nice and the entire process went smoothly. Was supposed to receive a text to leave feedback for her but never got it. Nonetheless, service was great and thanks a lot Brenda!

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They inadequacy of organization and management of appointments and the lobby is astounding. An hour of time wasted, and was unable to even notarize some basic vehicle purchase items. Scheduled a 1:30pm appointment to see a notary onsite it took nearly 5 minutes to be greeted and another 10 to be checked in. Following this they said they do not do public notary even for customers, which directly contradicts their website, and they could not answer what they could notarize. Employee speaks to manager of the location, says that they can have their one notary onsite take a look after their current client Fast forward to 2:22 and I have yet to be checked in on, ask if they have an ETA, they do not but grab the manager. Manager says there is nothing they can do as the notary is still busy, I give feedback and ask that perhaps in the future they have their appointments for the Notary(s) be accurate based off their availability, otherwise what is the point in an appointment. She follows up with a precanned " I will give your feedback to the technical team" multiple times. Notary graciously comes out from current appointment to validate if she can notarize the documents, and she says she cannot but is kind enough to reference that UPS can. If you see an opening for an appointment here, do yourself a favor and schedule later in the week somewhere else.

  Worst bank ever when talking about how long it takes to get out of there, it took 2hrs to get service

  Went into this bank a few week's ago , after I got a check from work. Usually I visit the BofA near story and king. I walked it and it was super busy. I waited and waited. Finally I was called up. Handed them my check and the cashier looked at it weird went and got the manager , they both came back and told me they couldn't cash my check because that wasn't my home bank(that I usually cash at). I asked why did that matter and they kept denying me and did NOT let me cash my check. All of this after I used a uber to get there and they told NO. Not to mention at this time I was the only african American in there. Not saying this was why but something is wrong here. Never been back here.

  Very poor customer service, they don’t even know how to receive customers. Cashiers are so stupid and looks they are always angry and impatient. Lady cashiers feel that they own the financial center. My suggestion to BOFA is please do suspension or dismissal on lady cashiers.

  This lady working in here . She is Service stupid . She tell me : can not cash money if have atm card and Id. Service never smile with customers....make customers angry..... Make difficult customers.... Make spend a lot time, very slowly

  Aweful customer services! I gave a sub 0 rating, will never go back to this place operated by racist people. In fact, I’m considering closing boa account to purnish their poor customer services

  this bank is a m. never have money, tellers. whenever I want to do. Cash deposits do not leave. you have to look for one other banks nearby 🤬🤬🤬

  made my bank account today.. brian and the manager was really helpful ^^ all the information i needed as a first timer was explained to me in a friendly manner ... cool cool 😎

  It was my first time at that location, really long line to the outside door with two employees only and very slow Really bad never go back to that location. And they don't have merchant services.
