  Came here to get address proofs for an DMV appointment. Kelly was super nice and welcoming. She helped me and my wife quickly. She also introduced us to Mark who told us about CD. Really nice and friendly customer service from both!

  Below poor customer service! Jubin the teller was useless with luck of knowledge. Simple task as deposit cash into a business account. He said it's impossible as it transfer to a 3rd party. After I demanded the supervisor come solve this nonsense. I asked her to explain him the rules he even not apologized for his mistakes. Which took about 10 minutes of waiting. My advice find another bank nearby.

  Visited this location on 3/13/19 around 5:15 pm when one clerk was working. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was having a personal conversation with the customer in front of me. When it was my turn she said she couldn't look up my account balance and had me do it on my phone as she helped the next customer. She then took forever with that customer trying to sell her on some credit card. Then when she helped me again she said oh sorry the machine we use to do this isn't working...first of all, no idea what machine is needed to make a withdrawal and second why didn't she tell me this the first time I talked to her to save me some time?! Not a member at this bank and never will be after this experience.

  Service was atrocious. Bank of America always has crappy service but I needed a check cashed so I went in on a Friday 10min before closing. Funds are available and they denied cashing it as they closed the vault early and cannot pay me. I asked the manager to call another branch less than half a mile away to see if they could help me and they declined to help because of the time. This location has 1 teller working Friday to close and people were vocally upset with the delay. They kept making excuses not to help me. Horrible. I'd give this place a zero if I could.

  Arrived at 3:40pm, sign on door and website says you clise at 4pm. Lobby was already EARLY. Hate thid bank!

  Poor staffing. The management doesn't seem to know how to properly run the bank accordingly. After getting a cashier's check there previously I came back a few months later, and they told me my signatures don't match. Terrible experience generally every time I visit. Don't bank here. Hands down the worst bank, I'll be my count shortly.

  If I could give zero stars for customer service, I would. Bank mgmt. walks around when teller wait lines are 20 to 30 minutes and they have no interaction with customers in line nor any attempt to open more windows. Learn your customer busy times and schedule your teller staff accordingly!! Say something like, "thank you for waiting" it's not rocket science.

  Me too, I can't say enough about how much I hate to go to BoA! Any branch! Always waiting so long for the one or two bank tellers while so many were seen walking around or behind the offices! BoA does not deserve our business! They are too much into red tape, not into customer service or satisfaction. I called and waited 55 min today before Theo answered but he told me he only had 30 seconds to wait for me before he had to leave the call! Incredibly frustrating for such a big name bank to provide this poor quality of customer service! As soon as I refi my mortgage, I will never step into BoA again!

  Long lines. With only 1 teller doing the hob and all the people around doing nothing on their desks. The manager should bring only 1 desk help and more bank tellers to make everything fast and smooth.

  Absolutely worthless banking institution. Needing to withdraw $12500 from an account with many times that. Small branch around the corner only had $5k available - sent me to this cluster fu$$ of a branch. They advised me only have $5k availa le and to come back tomorrow if I want more. So following day I return to withdraw $7500 and am told I can only draw $4k as they don't get their shipment until afternoon. Why the he'll not say come back after our noon shipment the prior day. And what kind of WORTHLESS bank does not have $7500 in it in the first place. Real time wasters and lack the professionalism I would expect from a national bank. Closing my account next week. Biggest joke is they asked if I wanted to sign up for a different kind of account. I now just want to get my damn money out of this place! Infuriating!!!
