      New to Ohio, drove all over Cleveland and it's suburbs to find an actual Financial Center not just an ATM. Finally found these guys and they were so immediately helpful, friendly, and offered future services. 10/10

      When you read reviews you have to decide for yourself which to believe or not.. Some people become disgruntle and post bad reviews even though they are responsible for their bad experience and don't own it!!! I have been banking with BOA for a long time(over 10 years) even before they came to Ohio. Most if NOT all the times I've went into a BOA financial center thought the US or dealed with Customer Service on phone has always been a pleasant experience! I came to this Financial Center location and I must say that everyone I came in contact with today was friendly and pleasant to deal with! So I am NOT sure why the 1 stars!!! It is so NICE to have an Financial Center so close to be able to take care of business that can't be done over the phone or mobile app!

      Outstanding customer service. My wife and I moved to Chesterland and were looking to switch banks. Mauricio and his colleague answered all questions, plus was courteous and professional, explaining all the benefits and perks of being a BOA customer. 5 star bank with knowledgeable employees, we would definitely recommend.
