  I have been a member of the credit union for OVER 40 years. At one time you had to be an employee of the Mentor Exempted Village School District in order to join. Over the years membership has been expanded to almost everyone and it certainly does pay to join. You are almost certain to find it preferable to banking at a commercial bank. After all, you are a member which means that you and your fellow members OWN the place!

  Living in Northern Summit County and have had a account with these guys since the early 80's. This is the closest branch to me. I was not to happy that I couldn't deposit a check on the ATM machine in the drive up teller. I had to drive another 20 minutes to the branch in Willoughby. So much for convenience.

  This long-awaited opening is the best thing that ever happened to east-sider Cardinal members. It is so good to he able to transact business at their ATM without paying a fee at US Bank ATMs. Plus every time I go there, since the opening, it is so peaceful and calm in there and easy in and easy out. I get to park right outside the entrance too! A long-awaited convenience. I was driving to Willoughby to do banking. That was painful.

  I went in to make a routine deposit. Friendly service. There was a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the opening of the branch and I was invited to partake of refreshments. I’ve always had pleasant experiences at the Mentor and Willoughby branches. Mayfield Heights is a bit closer for me.

  I’ve been a member since my early 20’s. I must say this credit union is top tier. I really enjoy the countless location of Mayfield Heights. The staff is so friendly and the wait time is never over two min.
