  After 20 years I am thinking switching banks, the ultra slow lines and 2 tellers at most is ridiculous. No, I can't use the ATM or mobile app as I regularly need to withdraw more than allowed there. Bankers hours takes new meaning as they are now only open until 4 and then until 1 on Saturdays.... And, no I don't want to contact your social media or Facebook team, be proactive or keep losing customers.

  This place is always slow, it takes them too long to do a simple straight deposit. Not only that but during this COVID season they don’t even pick up the phones. If I could give em a lower score I would. You’re better off going to a different location.

  Long lines ... as a small business owner I use to be able to make quick drop off deposits BUT now since they've taken away the merchant line... I'm on the hunt for a new bank that will provide quick and customer friendly service.

  Came in to make a withdrawal without my debit card and who helped me told me i wouldn't be able to take out more than $20. Waited to speak to someone else besided her, was helped right away. Try to avoid this location if you can.

  Always under staffed. At the most 2 tellers, some times only one, serving customers. And it is so slow. Don't remember spending less than 15 mins to do a transaction at the teller window. This branch needs a major change in the way they serve customers.

  Almost every Bank of America has the same problem managers refused to change the number of tellers required according to the people in line. Normally there's 10 to 15 people for one teller in the line that is unacceptable and that's why I left for Chase Bank

  It’s funny that I wanted to write a review and there’re already a lot of them with one star and yet the management seems to be ignoring these reviews. Not only in these unprecedented times but way before than this, the service seems deteriorating. Hopefully it gets better..!!!

  On average takes 40 min to make a deposit...needs to be more than 1 teller working especially if there’s 8+ people in line.

  Always understaffed. Always long lines out the door. Go to another branch.

  They have one bank teller for a line that goes around the block, avoid this location if you're in a rush.
