  My husband and I purchased our home on Sep 2020 with Art's help. Most people know to shop around for a good realtor, but not a loan officer. We had been working with another loan officer, who processed our application and offered a super high interest rate of 4.2%. That loan officer told us it was the best he could do with the banks he networked with. When we found our realtor, Joe De La Torre, he connected us with Art Florian. Right away, because of his resources, we were offered an interest rate of 2.75%. We bought our home within two months with his help. He was always available to communicate via email and phone. He answered every question this first time home buyer had. The process was very smooth. I would definitely recommend Art to family and friends.

  Had the best first time experience working with Art and his team.
