  Nicest Bankers, Manager, and teller. Understanding of difficult situations and try to make the best of it cant say the same for BOA at Park ave.

  Had a great experience at this branch. The receptionist was very helpful, and the banker, Mr. Lang, was also very helpful in getting us the reference letter in exactly the way we needed (current balance, with a 6 month average added). And respectful and efficient. Would definitely recommend! (Especially compared to the sub-par service we got at the neighboring branch at 25th street.)

  Everytime I’ve been here there is only ever 1 teller working and always a long line. Simple banking takes 30-49 minutes and it’s ridiculous. There are many bank of americas in the area and I Highly recommend going to any of those for your banking needs.

  great service. Sheena, the manager, was as helpful as she could be. I lost my entire wallet and started worrying about it a little. while settling all my cards, she told me stories and tips on how I might find it.

  I love this branch. Kevin is my rep who I can always count on. They know me by name and I get a real small town feel from them even though they are a big bank

  They said there is no reason that I could not get cash-out for payroll check. It is ridiculous there is no reason. What the worst service of Bank if America.

  Very bad service .they were rushing me to get out either the person didn't want to work or they just didn't want me there I felt very uncomfortable

  We were from out town but needed last minute documentation and Mr William Lang was hand on, friendly and got everything we wanted to be done without any hesitation.
